This explains what Tazan Group does with the details you share on this website. Last updated October 2026.
What we collect
- Contact, enquiry and partnership forms: your name, email, phone number, company and the message you write.
- Job applications: your name, contact details, the role you apply for and the CV you upload.
- Technical data: your IP address is used briefly to stop spam (a limit on how many messages can be sent). We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Why we use it
To answer your message, prepare a quote, discuss a partnership, or consider your job application. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who can see it
- Tazan Group staff who handle your request (Tazan Stores, Tazan Tours, Tazan Foundation or Tazan Sports).
- CVs are stored privately and can only be opened by signed-in Tazan Group administrators.
- Our service providers: the company that hosts this website and the service that delivers our notification emails, only to run those services.
How long we keep it
Messages and enquiries are kept as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up. Job applications are kept for the recruitment period and then deleted, unless you agree that we may keep your CV for future roles.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email info@tazantours.com and we will reply within 30 days.
