The parks around our home in Arusha are some of the best places on earth to see wildlife. We plan safaris from one day to two weeks, at the pace you want.
Where you can go
- Serengeti — endless plains and the Great Migration
- Ngorongoro Crater — a volcanic caldera full of wildlife
- Tarangire — baobabs and big elephant herds
- Lake Manyara — forest, flamingos and tree-climbing lions
- Arusha National Park — giraffes and Mount Meru, close enough for a day trip
What a day looks like
Game drives start early, when animals are most active. You'll stop for a picnic or lunch at a lodge, rest in the heat of the day and head out again in the late afternoon light.
What we arrange
- A 4x4 safari vehicle with a pop-up roof and a professional driver-guide
- Lodges or tented camps each night
- Park entry and conservation fees
- Meals and drinking water on the road
Good to know
- The long dry season (June to October) is the most popular time for safari
- Bring neutral-coloured clothes, a hat, sunscreen and binoculars
- Combine with a Kilimanjaro climb or a few days on Zanzibar
